Just came home from a long walk and a long talk on my phone with my sister Mary Anne.
Heading out for a walk. My quads are still a bit sore. Can't sit on my butt though!

Thanks for reminding me Norbert! I finished the Jenkinson Lake 50K today in 8:23:24. I ended up with 3rd female overall and 3rd in my age group for the series
I'm here in Pollock Pines, CA waiting for the Jenkinson Lake 50K to start. Gotta get 3rd place back today...
